A Message From Alex

When I started Swiss Chalet Bakery in 1986, I had specific goals in mind. Of these, customer service and exceptional product quality were two of the most important. If I was going to do it at all, I was determined I was going to do it right!

My customers noticed the difference, and our success reflected that. We were very quickly receiving regular orders, and this enabled us to develop our range of products further. Starting with the right goals in mind ensured that we grew into one of the primary bakery and confectionery suppliers in the region.

Swiss Chalet Bakery's growth has been impressive but steady. Keeping an active role in the production process ensures that with our growth, the high standards of customer service and product quality I set all those years ago weren't sacrficed.

We have a great team of people and we look forward to working with you to provide your customers with the very best products, and with the service you'd expect to receive from a quality supplier. We've maintained the small company feeling of customer service and the relationships we've built, but with the comforts and benefits of dealing with a larger company.
